Abstract

Almost of unspecifically studying methods have been applied teacher for teaching activities. That methods have effected unefficiency for knowledge transferring to student. That is the reason how we need studying methods that efficient, creative and innovative. The purpose of this study is for knowing the studying methods  “Make A Match” and how the impact to result study specifically for natural science. We use purpose sampling technics to definite research class and simple random sampling to definite part of sample of each class. The average score of experiment class are higher than control class. The different of both class is three point with normal distribution for each class and from homogeneity test showed that F hit = 1,163. Both of them have homogeneous varians. The average point of experiment class are higher than control class too. T-test showed  t hit > t table (3,614 > 1,69). Thus, the studying methods  “Make a Match” could raised the study results better than conventional methods. As the result, the quality of education can be more improved agree with contain and the purpose of studying in the school.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Realisasi program Adiwiyata yang harus berkelanjutan seringkali mendapati kendala dari warga sekolah yang belum paham akan program Adiwiyata, sehingga berdampak kurangnya sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup. Green living hadir sebagai solusi namun sering dipahami tidak sesuai dengan konsepnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan profil sikap peduli lingkungan warga sekolah dan hasil implementasi green living di sekolah adiwiyata SMPN 2 Solear Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Observer adalah bagian dari tim Adiwiyata, dan respondennya yaitu guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan Library research dan Field work research (observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi). Teknis analisa menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif (pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi green living sudah tergambarkan sangat baik : a) indikator penghematan energi, 80% ruangan memiliki pencahayaan dan ventilasi yang baik; b) indikator penanggulangan limbah, 87% siswa terlibat aktif dalam menanggulangi limbah dengan me-recycle dan composting; c) indikator penghematan air, sekolah memanfaatkan air bekas wudhu untuk menyiram tanaman; d) indikator penggunaan transportasi, 37% siswa memilih berjalan kaki, 32% memilih angkot sebagai alternatif ke sekolah, 11% memilih sepeda, dan 20% siswa (termasuk guru) menggunakan motor menuju sekolah. Kendala masih ditemukan pada petugas kantin yang kurang paham tentang konsep green living, karena terlihat masih menggunakan plastik sebagai wadah jajanan siswa. Secara keseluruhan, green living dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah solusi dalam upaya meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan. Keywords: green living, sikap peduli lingkungan hidup, siswa SMP ABSTRACTAdiwiyata program realization that must be sustainable often finds obstacles from the school people who do not understand the program Adiwiyata, so that the impact of lack of care attitude towards the environment. Green living comes as a solution but is often understood not in accordance with the concept. The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of environmental attitudes of school citizens and the results of green living implementation in school Adiwiyata SMPN 2 Solear Tangerang District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The Observer is part of the Adiwiyata team, and the respondents are teachers and students. Data collection techniques with Library research and Field work research (observation, questionnaires, and documentation). Technical analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis methods (data collection, data presentation, and conclusion). The results show that the implementation of green living has been described very well: a) energy saving indicator, 80% of the room has good lighting and ventilation; b) waste management indicators, 87% of students are actively involved in dealing with waste by recycling and composting; c) water conservation indicators, schools use ablution water to water the plants; d) indicator of transport usage, 37% of students chose to walk, 32% chose public transportation as an alternative to school, 11% chose bicycle, and 20% of students (including teachers) used motor to school. Constraints are still found in cafeteria officers who do not understand about the concept of green living, because it looks still using plastic as a container snack students. Overall, green living can serve as a solution in an effort to improve the attitude of environmental care. Keyword : attitude of environmental care, green living, junior high school

Abstract

Begoniaceae is one of the largest families in Angiospermae that has economic value, for ornamental plants and traditional medicine. In Bukit Barisan Selatan Nasional Park (TNBBS), there are many species of Begonia that are relatively abundant in population. Conservation efforts need to be done, due to the destruction of continuous forest areas that lead to reduced biodiversity of Begonia plant species. Exploration activities have been undertaken to collect the various species of Begoniaceae in TNBBS, and then planted in Liwa Botanical Garden located in Liwa, West Lampung. As a conservation effort several studies have been conducted to adapt some Begonia species. From the exploration results have been obtained 8 types of Begonia is Begonia atricha (Miq.) Miq. ex A.DC, B. areolata Miq., B.cf. bracteata, B. isoptera Dryand ex. Sm.B.cf. vuijekii Koord, B.cf. scottii Tebbit ,. Abstract

Research activities have been studied extensively to improve the quality of learning, especially in higher education. This research aims to explore the mastery of the term of research ( TR or IR ) and research skills (RS or KR) of toward of grade point average (GPA or IPK). This research uses a quantitative approach to the object of students in natural science education program a number of 67 people who follow biotechnology courses academic year 2017/2018. Data collection with tests and aggregation of documentation. Data analysis technique is done by quantitative descriptive analysis. The decision indicates that the exact number of IR is 66.0 (easy category) and KS is 65.8 (short category). The result of correlation analysis shows ???????????????????????? = 6,147˃ 3,140 = ???????????????????????? = (0,05;2;64) or in other words there a relationship of IR and KR collectively to GPA. This study concludes that there is a significant correlation between IR and KR guards in the same period as the GPA. Based on the investigation, it is expected to provide benefits as one of the considerations for the selection and determination of learning mods related to learning. It is expected to be useful as a consideration for the selection and determination of study-related modes for improvement.

Abstract

The science lesson at SDN Bener 01 shows that learning is still teacher-centered. Student creativity is not yet optimal. Learning completeness with KKM 75 only reached 35% and students still tend to passive. Therefore it is necessary to improve the learning process. The purpose of this research  is to find out whether the application of concept mapping method can improve the learning outcomes of science and creativity of students of class VI SDN Bener 01 in the 2017/2018 school year. Concept Mapping is a learning strategy that asks students to synthesize or draw a picture of the main concepts that are interconnected, which are marked by lines of arrows written levels that sound the form of relationships between the main concepts. This research is a Class Action Research conducted at SDN Bener 01 as much as two cycle consist of cycle I and cycle II. Technique of collecting data using test and observation sheet of student creativity. The result of this class action research is on the first cycle student learning outcomes show mastery learning classically 59%. While the creativity of students showed 65% of students with creative criteria and 35% with creative enough criteria. The learning outcomes in cycle II showed that learning completeness in the classical reach 82%. While the creativity of students showed 29% of students with very creative category, 65% category creative enough and 6% creative enough. Increased learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II as much as 23%. Enhancement of creativity of students as much as 29%. The conclusion of this PTK is the application of concept mapping method can improve science learning outcomes and creativity of students of class VI SDN Bener 01 Year lesson 2017/2018.

Abstract

The research problem is how to integrate the character of responsibility in formo-based project-based learning and how to improve the character of student responsibilities after formo-based project-based learning. This research is a research and development research, with a sample of students of class X SMAN 1 Purworejo Lesson year 2017/2018. The results of this study are formo-assisted project-based learning that can integrate the character of responsibility through the use of formo planning at the end of the project preparation phase, the implementation formo at the project implementation stage and final form in the test result stage; 2) there is an increase of student responsibility from the beginning of preparation project up to the finished project ie from 80% to 100%.

Abstract

With regard to the environment, waste has a wide impact such as environmental pollution. Development of monitoring in terms of pengelolahan and conservation of river ecosystems needs to be done, the habit of disposing waste disposable diapers is certainly very dangerous to the quality of river water and for the sustainability of the river in the future, because disposable diapers are disposable waste products that contain dirt (stool) and urine from infants, which can have a negative impact on the community's most potent impacts of river pollution. The use of reuse diapers in modern packaging is a product that has long-term economic value because it can be reused, in addition to having medical benefits compared to disposable diapers, is also an important concept to educate the public about the benefits of reuse diapers on the environment. An activity is needed to understand the importance of protecting the environment by reducing the use of disposable diapers, in order to realize Sustainable Development or future sustainable development. The methods used in this research are: lectures through counseling and qualitative descriptive, Counseling is used to give an overview of the effect of disposable diaper use and the solution through the use of reuse diapers, and descriptive qualitative to analyze the outcomes of early and late community understanding before and after being given counseling. The result of the research shows that the society understanding is reduced by 88,2% for the not understood category seen from the first oral test of the end, for the sufficient understanding category increased by 11,7%, the criterion of understanding increased 17,6%, and for category very understand from the previous 0% increased his understanding by 58.9%.
